Introduction

Airtime is the video on demand service distributed to all of the in room TV's in townhouse. The service is provided to us by Tech Live international who re-sell the Airtime service / provide support for the service. 

 

When to Contact TechLive Support

You should contact TechLive support in the following situations:

  • Airtime requires Authenticated 

  • Issues with playback of videos on the Airtime service

Devices requiring authenticated

Contact Reece using the email above requesting that the TV is activated for Airtime.

  • Ensure to include a clear photo of the TV with the QR Code.

  • Ensure to add which room the TV is located in.

  • Escalate to IT Management internally.
