Airtime is the video on demand service distributed to all of the in room TV's in townhouse. The service is provided to us by Tech Live international who re-sell the Airtime service / provide support for the service.
When to Contact TechLive Support
You should contact TechLive support in the following situations:
Airtime requires Authenticated
Issues with playback of videos on the Airtime service

Contact Reece using the email above requesting that the TV is activated for Airtime.
Ensure to include a clear photo of the TV with the QR Code.
Ensure to add which room the TV is located in.
